Le pizze
At Da Moreno our bread, pizzas and focaccia are prepared with selected Italian flour and only top quality ingredients imported directly from Italy. Our sour dough is left to rise for at least 48 hours for pizzas and focaccia, 72 hours for bread, then cooked in our Italian artisan-made wood burning oven, which gives it that unique flavour and unbeatable lightness and texture. This requires patience, but we think the result is worth waiting for. As in the best Neapolitan tradition.
